Ambassadori Island Batumi is the first artificial island in the Black Sea and a new 84-hectare mixed-use district in Batumi.
The project combines residential, resort, retail, business and entertainment infrastructure. The island will feature residential towers, a central park, a white-sand beach, a marina and yacht club, a shopping center, restaurants, sports facilities, offices and recreational areas.
Ambassadori Island Batumi is designed to become a new year-round business and leisure destination. Its buildings will offer panoramic views of the Black Sea, the island and the surrounding mountains.
The First Tower will be the first residential tower within the project. The 216-meter building will have 58 floors and 1,358 apartments. Completion is scheduled for February 2029.
